This charming venue is perfect for your special gatherings — engagement parties, bridal or baby showers, family reunions, intimate dinner parties, small workshops and quaint get-togethers with friends.
The Tradition Parlor offers the charm of a home with the convenience of a dedicated event venue featuring comfortable living room seating, large screen television with Wi-Fi, a warm fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, seated dining areas, books galore, an outdoor entertainment area, separate men’s and women’s restrooms and showers. Maximum occupancy: 93.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- The Tradition Parlor is exclusively for rental by Tradition Community users for private events between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. Residents must be in good standing with their respective HOA.
- Rental does not include the Swimming Pool, Workout Studio or Flex Room.
- Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance and may be requested up to six calendar months in advance by emailing request to TraditionMasterPOA@Traditionms.com. Reservations are not final and the date remains open and available, until a completed agreement, rental fee and security deposit are received.
- Reservations, Check In and Check Out is through the Tradition Master Association designed representative.

Holiday and Special Date Rentals: The dates listed below are not available under the standard rental rates or terms. However, the Parlor may be rented on these dates with advance approval. Additional fees, staffing requirements and modified rental terms will apply and will be provided at the time of reservation inquiry.
