Master Community Amenities Center Pool
GUIDELINES AND RULES SUMMARY
HOURS OF OPERATION: 8AM – 8PM*
The TRADITION Master Amenity Center Pool is for the enjoyment of Members, their family and guests as authorized by the Tradition Master Property Owners Association, Inc. (hereinafter “Tradition Master POA” or “Master Association”) and in accordance with the TRADITION Master Amenity Center Pool Rules and Procedures as may be amended or modified at any time by the Tradition Master POA Board of Directors or the Master Developer.
REGISTERED MEMBERS AND AUTHORIZED GUESTS ONLY
Residential Members must register through respective Homeowners Association for access. It is the responsibility of all Members to be familiar with and abide by these Rules and Procedures for the TRADITION Community Pool. Members are responsible for his/her family and guest(s) and their behavior. Any violations are subject to removal from the facility, fines and suspension or revocation of Member’s privileges. Deliberate property damage caused by a Member or his/her family or guest will be charged to the Registered Member.

NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

TEMPORARY CLOSURE: The Association has the authority to temporarily close the pool for health, safety or mechanical repairs. Notification will be posted in advance or as soon as the information becomes available. The pool may be periodically closed for cleaning maintenance. During cleaning, members and guests are not allowed in the pool area. The pool will be closed for inclement weather conditions. Evacuate the pool and pool area when thunder or lightning is present.
ENTRY AND USE: Admittance is restricted to Registered Members, household members and authorized guests. Each Member must use their assigned fob for entry and all family members and guests with your party enter with you.
Entrance to the pool is through the West side gate. Exit by pushing the exit button located on the wall to the right of the gate. Gate is to remain closed and locked at all times unless entering or exiting. Propping open the gate is prohibited.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
- Under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times and within the adult’s immediate reach. Children not toilet trained must wear swim diapers. Disposable diapers are not allowed in the pool.
- Ages 9 to 17 may swim with sponsoring adult (18 years or older) at the facility. The sponsoring adult must be within the pool area and within sight of the child. If the sponsoring adult leaves the pool area to go to the restroom or for any other reason, the child must get out of the pool until the adult returns.
GUESTS:
- Guests must be accompanied to the pool by a Registered Member adult (18 years of age older). Family members or visitors not living with the Member are considered guests. Household members age 17 and under may not bring a guest to the pool without an adult resident member present during the duration of the visit.
- Each Member household unit is limited to four (4) guests.
- The Association may limit the number of guests or request guests to leave the pool in matters concerning safety or over-crowding. Pool and Pool enclosure occupancy is limited to 50 people.

CONDUCT/GENERAL POOL RULES: Common courtesies should govern all activities. Members are responsible for their guests and their behavior.
- No diving, running or horseplay. No somersaults, flips, “running and jumping”, cannonballs, spiting or spouting water, throwing other swimmers, riding on another person’s shoulders. Jumping in feet first is allowed.
- Pool users must be properly attired in swimwear.
- No glass containers or food or drinks (except for water) near the pool.
- No smoking or vaping.
- Persons under the influence are not permitted in the pool area.
- No animals allowed inside the pool area.
- No audible devices. Other guests should not be able to hear your music.
- No loud, vulgar or abusive language or hand gestures.
- Air inflated equipment limited to one-person capacity/use. No lounge floats allowed due to large size. Only soft-sponge types of pool toys are allowed. No footballs, basketballs, hard balls.
- Safety equipment, such as life preserver ring or rescue hook, is to be used only in case of emergencies.
- No BBQ grills, bikes, rollerblades, roller skates, scooters, skateboards or the like inside the pool area.
- The Association is not responsible for personal property left at the facility or that which is lost, damaged or stolen while at the facility.
TRESPASSING: Any unauthorized use will be treated as a trespass and violators may be subject to arrest and criminal prosecution.
RULE VIOLATIONS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY.
