Our homeowners association is in place to preserve the quality of the homes, streets, and grounds of the community of Tradition. The dues we collect are used for this purpose. In the Association Dues section of the site, you can view a Budget Summary of how the money is spent on an annual basis. You can also see the Dues and Fine Schedule.
Being a part of the Tradition community allows for our homeowners to access services which were installed in the community during development. We have a list of gas and electric providers, water and sewer services, garbage and recycling pickup schedules, Internet and cable companies, as well as local area information.
